My name is Josh and I am from Buffalo, New York. I am a graphic designer working on a reputed company and I am very busy with my work through out the day. I dont even get much time to look after myself and working out daily is almost impossible. While following the daily busy schedule of my work I have noticed that I am gaining on some extra mass and as result of this I began to look fat.
